"Finding Peace in Summer's Warmth, Healing in Nature" — A Three-Day Team Building Trip in Lin'an, Hangzhou, August 5, 2024

The SUNTREE team recently enjoyed a three-day getaway in the beautiful mountains of Lin'an, Hangzhou. This trip was a reward for our team's hard work over the past six months and a way to prepare for the challenges in the second half of the year.

​The getaway theme, "Finding Peace in Summer's Warmth, Healing in Nature," brought together colleagues from all areas of our company, like sales, operations, support and service,  design and so on. Our main goal was to give everyone a break from their regular work and to help team members build stronger connections. "We wanted our team to relax and connect more deeply with each other," said the event organizer.

​Why Lin'an? The area's lovely mountains and cool summer weather made it perfect for relaxation and fun. Team members could escape the summer heat and enjoy activities that let them reconnect with nature and each other.

Getaway Highlights:

· A welcome dinner with local dishes, giving everyone a taste of Lin'an's unique flavors.

· Morning hikes through green mountain trails, offering beautiful views and chances to bond over shared experiences.

· Afternoon team-building games that were fun and helped improve communication and teamwork skills.

· Evening bonfires with music and storytelling, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

At the end of the getaway, we had a team feedback session. Team members shared their thoughts on how this experience could lead to better teamwork and more productivity at work.
