At Suntree, sustainability and social responsibility are at the heart of our long-term development strategy. We actively support community development through initiatives focused on education, environmental sustainability, employee wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, healthcare, and disaster relief. By integrating sustainable practices into our business operations, Suntree strives to contribute to a greener and more inclusive future.

Education has always been one of Suntree’s key social responsibility priorities. Since 2015, Suntree has sponsored more than 200 underprivileged and out-of-school students, helping them gain access to continuous education and better opportunities for the future.Suntree has a longstanding tradition of active engagement in the area where its employees and customers live and work. We aim to assist the most vulnerable and to support community-building in education, diversity and inclusion, community healthcare, and poverty and disaster relief. Specially, education has long been a focus of Suntree’s social impact activities. Since 2015, SUntree has funded more than 200 out-of-school students to continue heir education.

Green & Sustainable Manufacturing
Since 2014, Suntree has implemented a green, low-carbon and circular development model to build an industrial structure that saves resources and protects the environment. It is committed to carbon neutrality for its sites and its ecosystem by 2035 and are actively helping to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in our suppliers’ and customers’ operations. On its scopes 1 & 2, the Group targets a 50% absolute CO2 reduction by 2050 compared to 2015. In addition, Group commits towards zero waste to landfill.
Employee Wellbeing & Diversity
The Suntree Trade Union and Community Program was established in 2010, supporting employee wellbeing through initiatives focused on physical, mental, emotional, and social health. Suntree is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and has implemented gender pay equity programs across all global operations. By 2023, women represented 47% of Suntree’s workforce, while all employees received continuous mentoring, training, and career development opportunities.
