For material selection, 95% alumina high-strength ceramic is used as the housing material, providing excellent mechanical strength and insulation properties. The fuse element uses imported materials, ensuring stable and consistent fusing characteristics. For structural processing, copper metal is riveted after welding process to ensure secure connections. The internally filled high-purity quartz sand is solidified through a special process, preventing dislodging even under vibration and shock conditions while effectively preventing arc spraying during line faults.
