From April 17 to 21, 2026, under the theme “Keep your beloved ones protected from electricity,” Suntree conducted in-depth technical workshops in three Mexican cities: Guadalajara, Aguascalientes, and León. Focused on DC system safety, these events aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of Suntree’s Amber Series one-stop PV-storage-charging integrated solutions to clients and partners across Mexico and Latin America, consolidating the service capacity in Latin American market with practical technology output, and supporting the safe and efficient implementation of new energy projects in Mexico and Latin America.

Technology at the Core: Deep Dive into DC Safety Challenges

With the rapid growth of photovoltaic, energy storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the Latin American market, higher-voltage, higher-current DC systems pose unprecedented demands for safety protection. During the workshops, Suntree technical experts delved into core safety challenges such as DC arc faults, emphasizing that “high-quality DC protection is no longer an option, but a necessity” given the absence of natural current zero-crossing points in DC systems.

In response, the sessions highlighted Suntree’s Amber Series solutions, engineered from the ground up for DC systems. Guided by the design philosophy of “True DC Optimization,” the series incorporates comprehensive innovations in arc extinction, thermal management, materials science, and structural engineering to ensure reliable operation under extreme electrical stress.

Products as the Engine: Showcasing an End-to-End Protection Ecosystem

At the training, Suntree’s technical team highlighted the core advantages of the Amber Series, including native DC optimization, a powerful arc extinguishing system, a low heat generation design, high-level flame retardant, and long-life materials. Through product structure comparison, performance data demonstration, and on-site practical guidance, the team helped participants quickly master the key points of DC protection equipment selection, installation standards, fault diagnosis, and safe maintenance, effectively solving the safety pain points and O&M challenges of PV power stations and energy storage systems in high-voltage DC scenarios.

lobal Experience, Local Empowerment

As a one-stop solution provider with 18 years of expertise in new energy electrical safety, Suntree’s products have been exported to more than 120 countries and regions, with over 98 million sets of protective devices delivered globally, serving more than 3,000 renewable energy projects worldwide. With authoritative international certifications including TÜV, CE, CB, and UL, SUNTREE fully adapts to grid codes and safety standards in Europe, Australia, Latin America, Southeast Asia and other regions.

The linked technical training in three cities of Mexico is an important measure for SUNTREE to deepen localized services in Latin America. Covering the new energy industry-intensive areas in central and western Mexico, the three events effectively strengthened local partners’ understanding of Suntree’s product technology, quality standards and service system. Warm on-site cooperation consultations and intention docking further consolidated Suntree’s brand influence in the DC protection field in Mexico and Latin America.

Moving Forward Together, Driving a Green Future

In the future, SUNTREE will continue to deepen the Latin American market with the trinity model of technical training + product support + localized service, continuously providing safer, more efficient and intelligent DC protection and PV-storage-charging integrated solutions. With robust technology and reliable quality, SUNTREE will boost global energy transition and build a green and low-carbon future together with partners in Latin America.
